I had a targeted one. Didnt feel like an attack like a panic attack - I knwo what those feel like - remember the calls?

Was just couldnt breathe well and chest felt tight. Tried to go back to sleep but wife and her oldest (via phone) nagged me to the hospital. In the end it wasnt anything other than my body flexing in on itself.

the 19 yo moves out in 20 days...out of sight out of mind...when adulting and reality come to collect their checks shes on her own there. She has firmly torched this bridge.

OK so what I am hearing is regular after work booze with Pippy.
