I tend to agree, but think that it's possible that more could have been done with that victory that might have led to Iraq war II being avoided. -- (edited)

It's a lot of Monday morning quarterbacking, but we may have stepped away too much and too quickly. I don't view it as a real negative for Bush Sr., but I wouldn't give it quite the high marks that you and Will ascribe to it based on ultimate outcomes.
