WTF? This makes no sense. The picture looks super light on my phone, other than the subject.

Everything looks normal except the IMs and I can't understand why. Even the picture when viewed in my gallery looks very light so it's not even being viewed in my browser which I figured was the problem.
I'm lost on what is causing this.
