Can a company get sued over a decision to not hire someone because of a medical issue?
I don't know if the medical issue would be classified as a "disability"
The medical issue is very obvious.
The individual was the top choice through the interview process, but ultimately not extended an offer because the company thought that the medical issue would prevent the person from accomplishing the job requirements effectively.
