Look at it this way: Everyone knows that the Buffalo Bills are the Super Bowl heartbreak team of the NFL. They got the silver medal of the NFL four years in a row. Almost every NFL fan knows that.

But I'll bet less than 10% of NFL teams could name the four teams they lost to -- the teams that got the equivalent of the gold medal.

Plus, depending on the sport, I'd likely be able to go to the Olympics at least twice to earn five medals, and maybe even five times!
