I don't know if the responsibilities portion is codified in the Charter. I'm going off general information.

But the question of whether the responsibilities are codified is irrelevant, in my opinion. It's the sentiment and mind-set that matter.

Page 9, specifically. But I don't have time to look up where the responsibilities are codified. (www.cic.gc.ca)
