Show me more than what they got accused of and you might be able to approach the threshold to put recent US leaders on trial.

it won't happen with minor charges. Ever.
You sweep minor violations under the rug and you stand taller than before. When you got power, people fall in line a lot quicker.
Obama has power domestically and internationally. Bush/Cheney et al on trial takes away his domestic power.
