Which isn't that significant a problem given Romney won 62% of that group in 2012. -- (edited)

Given those percentages 55-29, there's 16% up for grabs. Even giving Trump that same 2:1 split gets him up to 65%.
Given the shrinking share of the voting pie that whites are, much less white males, that jump likely won't mean much.
Especially given he's managed to likely lose support among white women and the other minority groups already growing, given his verbiage.
Edited to add:
If Hillary makes inroads with white men, it's not a matter of urgency, it's a matter of running up the score.
