His problem is that he has next to nothing of substance to talk about. This is why he kept bringng up the Kahns. The nonexistent video of the cash

He has nothing to say about issues or policies -- no opinions, no analysis, no ideas, nothing. If he's being told what to say, he's forgetting it, most likely because he just doesn't care about issues and policies.
