remaking, "Dune". Maybe even take something from Jodorowsky's scripted version.

David Lynch always seems like a natural fit for that material but that version is almost unwatchable and I'm a fan of some of the other things he's done.

A remake will never happen though given that Dune is a sympathetic take on militant Jihad and fighting colonialism.
