I had the worst customer service experience with them yesterday. I spent 2 hours and spoke to 7 different people, at 5 different numbers to try and -- (edited)

get a new phone. I bought a landline phone for someone at Christmas thatime doesn't work and is still under warranty. They could not understand how to deal with a non cell phone. I was sent to local stores, technical support, account access and cell phone warranty service. Im going to try and get Amazon to exchange it.
