For me, different. Bonds' usage is generally known to come after 15 years in the game of which he was the at-worst 2nd best

Player alive. His ego hated seeing inferiors get accolades for cheating. So he did so and made a mockery of the game.
ARod's story doesn't add up based on the numbers and timeline. There is no easy belief he only started using in 2001 given his numbers didn't really jump from where they had been prior. He could easily be a 20yr fraud.
