She seems to let the musicians do a lot of the work when live (maybe she just doesn't have the lung power, which I wouldn't call her fault) and has a slight Celine Dion hype master slant to yelling the notes. But she's good when processed in a controlled environment.
That's not lethal though. Annie Lennox is a terrible singer live.
