got super lazy and viewers would be meant to forget about character development and progress that had been made (like they would inexplicably have temperance regress to her aspergers-esque behavior with others after being better about it for multiple seasons), plus they repeatedly had the fbi and swat teams make the most idiotic mistakes (not having exits covered, etc). I need reality for things like that in my fiction!
it was a painless transition, as the excellent "forever" on abc took its place for me - unfortunately, it only lasted one season.
