Blockbuster Total Access has figured out another way to suck

Now when I exchange a mailed DVD for a free in-store rental (which is awesome) it does not also mail me the next queued DVD right away. I must first return the in-store DVD before it mails me the next queued DVD. It used to be that the next queued DVD would ship right away when you make the exchange, so you could conceivably have six DVDs out (3 of them from a brick and mortar store) on a "3-out" plan.
The value of this Blockbuster service keeps shrinking... but the price stays the same!

I'm confused, if you have a 3 out plan and they've corrected a problem that let people have 6 out...that's them sucking? -- nm

That seems like the reasonable way to handle that feature, once they have the systems in place to track it. -- nm
