Bad Guy is revealed to be the Captain of the grounded USS Franklin.

Bad Guy captures Alien Woman and family. Alien Woman escapes and...

Goes to hide in Bad Guy's ship. And rigs science things to hide ship from Bad Guy.

And Bad Guy never once says "Hey, where'd my ginormous ship go? It was *right there* just last week..."
