an employee was told that some people are carriers and unless they get a cut and then have an oppressed immune system at that exact time

it won't react. ?? so you could swab your unbroken skin and come up positive for MRSA but that doesn't mean you are sick with it. It has to have an open area to gain entrance.
Lets just say, I'm going to become pretty familiar with MRSA in the next 6 months. *sigh*
