I spent a month on the road in a 30' motorhome. Pgh to Pipestem WV to Memphis to N Little Rock to just outside Dallas to a rest area full of roadrunn -- (edited)

ers in TX near the NM border to Las Cruces/White Sands to Gila NM to north rim of Grand Canyon (parked with a view of the Painted Desert for several days) to somewhere along the San Juan River in UT which had really cool petroglyphs but lots and lots of bugs to Mesa Verde (for a few days) to Denver to somewhere in the middle of WY to Yellowstone (several spots over several days) to Red River Valley MT to Devil's Monument WY (where I learned prairie dogs love M&Ms) to Jewel Cave to Mount Rushmore to Badlands (all SD) to MN State Fair to UP MI to Petoskey MI (this is way before knowing JenBro) to Ft Bend (to visit niece of travel companion) to Niagra Falls (NY & Canada) to Boston.
Longest straight line trip - Sacramento to Springfield MA but that was a move, not a vacation.
