I tried copying and pasting into Paint and that didn't work.

a docx file? Open it as an archive with 7-zip and you can extract the picture - it should be in the media folder -- nm - decline Aug 15, 11:18
Is it a DPF file? I do believe you open it in Word and click on it and the box shows around it then you cut n paste -- nm - zeitgeist Aug 15, 11:14
save it as a webpage (htm/html) and look for it in the relevant file. or you can try changing the file to .zip and extracting. -- nm* - b. Aug 15, 11:13
You might be able to right click the image and select edit which may open the image in the original program for editing purposes - JD Aug 15, 11:13
