their signature flavors is goat cheese cashew caramel. It's not for everyone. I've been to black dog a few times (at a couple of other locations) and it's challenging and interesting, but to be honest, it's not what I want when I want gelato. It's great when it's served at the end of an interesting meal, but when I want gelato or ice cream I prefer more traditional sweet stuff. Not savory mixes. I think this is a lot of the complaint. It's kind of like Jenny's ice cream. Really interesting stuff and very good, but I rarely want to go there.

Amorino's is traditional gelato and seasonal artisinal flavors, but it's really good. They also make pretty flowers out of the flavors. I haven't trie - jnine Aug 15, 14:48
