This doesn't surprise me at all. One of the points of the plan was to help drive costs down for middle to lower income people. The whole concept

would suggest that insurance companies wouldn't be allowed to fuck us all as hard as they have been for...well, forever.
Apparently, they don't like only using the tip...so they'll pull out of Obamacare so they can go back to using the whole cock.
