not specifically, but i know anecdotally here in LA, most restaurants view them as loss-leaders for a brick and mortar location

unless you can get the corporate catering gigs, i don't think they are generally profitable

around here they are test run for several b&m restaurants, proof of concept etc. Lumpia World is the latest -- nm
