marketing or economics discussions, but some people do use it as if it is.
recent increasingly seen/heard misused word peeve of mine: simplistic. it's not interchangeable with simple, peeps!
bonus: "low key" being used instead of "kind of" or "slightly" or the like. I've heard it an increasing amount from various people, but one particular person I follow has started to use it so much on her snapchat story-telling that viewers would sometimes be sloshed if it was in a drinking game. so odd; and, while I like her otherwise, if she keeps it up, we're going to have to take a break. ;p
