I am salaried and have to go on a few work trips over some federal holidays. Do I have any legal standing to request taking other days off in the year in lieu of working those holidays, or as a salaried employee I don't get such rights?

    - That's part of it but it's rewriting a lot of the overtime rules and who qualifies as exempt (at least for non-profits which I've looked at) -- nm* - spamlet Aug 17, 07:39
