pretty sure the writer has no inside knowledge of the facts - only the two people involved.

I do understand what you are saying - but there are proper ways to deal with it. everyone chose poorly it sounds like.

sort of an aside - the club could be on the hook legally if they hire him and he rapes an attendee. Its concerned " notice" - I mean its a stretch but they have deep pockets ( insurance) and therefore a target defendant.

admittedly, I don't know the entire story or facts
