And even if they do have the fast twitch muscles, they don't have the increased strength to move the added mass as well to overcome the physics of longer legs also mean longer levers so one needs to be that much stronger to turn over those longer legs at sprinter turnover rate

Though with billions of people being born and the general trend toward taller people...there's a statistical chance that the runner to break Bolts's marks will be born. Then have to see if the other pieces of fate fall in place that they can train and compete
