Him: I don't see packet loss but he said there is problem. I had to move it back.

Me: Understood. Where's your magic wand when this happens?

Him: They took it away since last harris porter

(It took me about 10 seconds to figure out what the heck he was referring to)

Me: You meant Harry Potter right?

Him: Yes.
