it's not compulsory. some agents do it, others don't. it enrages me when they get their fields wrong, and I see apartments in my filtered searches.

the good ones put up floor plans, square footage, year (or decade). if you go see the place, there's pretty much always an info sheet with everything (usually even zoning).
