We have *already* got panicked emails saying 'but what about the American Express bill, you guys ALWAYS send that one for us so it isn't late..." and "but sometimes we can't get them up there earlier because we don't have signing people here for the first signature" etc etc.

Our CFO responded with "Then set up direct bank payments and stop sending checks. You should be doing that anyway."

I am getting great great enjoyment imagining the panic there this morning as they realize they have to be more efficient or be screwed.
