OK - so here's a question for you ST'ers who live all over the place, would you ever consider a house swap for vacation with another ST'er?

I'm totally serious about possibly doing this next year with my house after all the remodel stuff is done.

I was thinking about doing Air B&B - but insurance for it is a pain - but I CAN do my own home booking out as long as I'm less than 180 days per year doing it - and insurance I now have covers me.

So ... I was thinking creatively about next year's vacation time (and future years until I retire) and how much fun it might be to just do some travel to parts of the US or beyond where I have never been and offer my home here in exchange.

Only costs would then be the travel part - and anything to do - eat - drink.

... and yes - I would even consider a trade for Pixies box in LA :) (don't scoff at this Pixie ... Hemingway and Harrison both were inspired and wrote here in Northern Michigan!!!)
