For many moons it was done the same. Then it got changed two years ago.
First, it was set up that the last place team got to claim as many players as it wanted, then the second-last, etc. That was two years ago, and it was terrible.
Last year, somehow it got switched to FAAB which is absolutely the best way to do free agency but the unwashed mob doesn't want it.
It needs to be set up as: last place team gets to place one waiver claim, then the second-to-last, etc. until it comes back around.
So: Commish Tools ---> League Settings ---> Determine Waiver Priority By ---> Weekly Rolling List Based On Standings
"Weekly rolling list based on standings: waiver claims are processed in reverse order of standings and each successful claim moves a manager to the end of the waiver priority list."
