In the past 15 years, that's only the third time that the guy who deserved it was world champion. First, they finally clued in on Punk, and then the crowd openly rebelled until they gave in on Bryan. This one is shockingly proactive of them. Owens is the only NXT guy who's blemish-free thus far.
This never would have happened if Vinnie Mac were still alive.
