We know Bill's was $0. I suspect the same is probably true for Chelsea. And in response to your question on B2 that I missed, yes, I think it is -- (edited)

highly possible that foreign governments (and principals in those governments) gave because it allowed an NGO to provide needed services to various parts of the world. It's not the only foundation that receives money for global purposes. Nearly 90% of the funds raised went to actual services. An extremely high percentage. Do I think the Clinton's standing in the world helped them raise money? Absolutely. They have built relationships and have a standing that few have. But is there one iota of evidence that it impacted policy or curried any undue favor? No. The most damning thing they've found is someone might have gotten a better seat at a state dinner. Building relationships like this is not a bad thing. Finding common purposes is not a bad thing. Meeting with important people is not a bad thing. It all depends on how it's used and there is zero evidence that it was used improperly.
