and I don't mean to knock the kid out, as tempting as it would be...I just mean a little "bip" on her mouth and let her know that there's more where that came from.
Also, you need to set a reasonable bedtime and stick to it. And be fucking consistent in your discipline.
I know it's hard - but parenting ain't easy.
