But as a parent of a child with both, you've got to stop that type of behavior (especially the hitting) immediately, then take her to get checked out. Grab her hand if/when she hits her sibling, and give her a punishment. Make it known it's unacceptable to yell and scream like that. Sometimes you have to be strict as a parent.
