You have to pick a kicker. Whether you pick a kicker early or late, the difference between other kickers you pick is minimal (say 5-10 points over the entire season)
You have to pick a WR. Picking a WR earlier rather than later is a much larger difference (say 20-25 points over the entire season)
So by that reasoning, you should pick your K last because it matters less *when* you pick them compared to WR
