Could. But the science is saying it's not. Science isn't always right, but it's better than going with one's gut.

Perhaps autism naturally begins to show it's affect around 3 and the vaccinations at 2 are just coincidental to the onset.
Autism sucks. But it'd be better to find the reason behind it than to decry something that has extreme benefit.
