it's been xx years since I had any, but so much depends on how it's made/if it's fresh or not. some was served at a schmancy nyc restaurant, as a -- (edited)

freebie part of a dessert course at a work dinner (google confirmed it was at four seasons); and it was far different than pre-packaged ooky stuff, for example. warm and tongue-melty without being sickly sweet.
ed. because it's not schmancy if there's no h.
