That's was kind of my reaction and it has definitely been the reaction of those around me.
Currently not the runner 8-| But that's under instruction that in addition to whatever big picture things might be going on, I have a cold or other bug and need to rest to recover from that.
Going back on Mon for more tests but was given the instruction to not to worry. That's her (cardio) job and she'll let me know if and when there's a need to worry
