Absolutely. Anyone watching him with even a modest bit of logic, reason, and rationality would agree. But his hardcore supporters aren't doing so.

But his supporters don't care. They don't know how government or democracy work -- or are supposed to work -- because we stopped teaching civics in public schools over 30 years ago.
They don't know how polite debate, discussion, and discourse is supposed to be carried out because the only people talking directly to them for the past 20 to 30 years have been Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and a whole host of right-wing talk show hosts who grew out of the Newt Gingrich era of politics in the 1990s.
They've been told over and over and over again that the "real America" has been taken from them, and no one has yet directly and forcefully responded to that propaganda at their level and in a way they would understand.
