it wasn't vast amounts over, but there was some padding because sometimes people came and went from the meetings and it wasn't clear who all would -- (edited)

be around at lunchtime. also, we wanted a variety to be offered.
it's better that there be somewhat too much than too little. I always pad some, in any case, because sometimes people take more than a normal share. (we had a Chad in my last group - just nutso.)
