It's nice to see Love triumph. In this case the love of parents for their child.

it's easy for everyone to forget how difficult this is for individuals (especially those of us who are straight and never had to deal with this). I count stories like this as evidence of our species getting better and healing.
And for you, I'm happy. This must feel really good.
