The houses we are looking at are all within a few zip codes so we will be getting a good idea while checking them out, hopefully.

Houses are selling so quickly here that we are now starting to look at houses priced higher than we were hoping to spend. So I'm not sure we will be finding anything this weekend, but here's hoping.
