I just watched. I have no idea of the circumstances leading up to or even out of the event, but one observation:

This is the second video where the spouse/girlfriend of the victim holds her relative cool immediately following the shooting. It's almost disconnected from the loved one dying or injured next to them. That's not judgment though as it has to be a personal safety response when dealing with the cops and that is amazing and disconcerning.
