I don't understand the fiduciary duty argument, though I understand little of what comes out of Rudy's mouth these days and assume it's him rambling again.

I posted my theory in the original thread but we really don't know enough to really know anything. This might have been the NYT trolling him to get him to release the rest by assuming the absolute worse case scenario but no one really knows anything.
