*headdesk* dealing with a company, they're asking for certification that our MD has authority to execute, well, basically anything on behalf of the

company.

"our concern is that [MD] does not have authority to act on behalf of the company, and that the resulting agreement could be unenforceable."

MD is effectively CEO. this whole thing is baffling.
