it rotates. there are 70 schools (five or six in MD) and I spend weeks traveling to various schools and weekends at home.

for nine months.
then I get placed permanently. the fact they're putting me in MD -- specifically in hagerstown, which is the least centrally located of all the MD schools -- makes me think they want me for the hagerstown school later. it's a larger school, so more exec level positions. spinning off rotation, I don't think I could exec dir at hagerstown, but maybe a year later I could.
