the absence of a GOP plan is not the same thing as the existence of a Democratic plan

yes, they've become very good at using data to bring out the votes they need for some good to great presidential candidates

i see no evidence that they have anything approaching the kind of top down coordination or strategy at the local and state level that the GOP put together over the past 40 years to take control of the legislative process, which is how laws actually get made at the end of the day
