From what I'm reading and seeing the southern part of Texas is blue and it's slowly creeping up. The demographics of the state are changing.

I know it's still a solid red right now in normal election years but by 2024 you could see a real battle for Texas.
Georgia is on the list as well based on changing demographics in the state and it might be faster for Georgia as they're gaining more and more black people that are strong democrats and vote in larger numbers than the Hispanic people that are pushing the change in Texas.
