I think her talking about what "mature" people do is hilarious. Her friends are living their lives and she feels threatened by it.

Their lives are different than hers. They are doing nothing to undermine her life and shouldn't be expected to live by her rules. If they were coming on to him it would be different but she never suggests that they are.
